Shipping and delivery

When it comes to shipping, we primarily use GLS, DPD, UPS and FedEx.
When products become too large, such as a large-format printer, they are delivered directly to the curb as pallet freight.

Our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the products and the weight of all your products from one order will be added to a total weight of the order.
Should there be individual products that for one reason or another are partially delivered, it does not cost extra for you as a customer.

Expected delier time is 2-5 workdays for parcels.
Pallets can take 3-8 workdays.

Delivery across Europe

We primarily use GLS for both our private and business deliveries.
Some packages that do not come from our local warehouse are shipped with FedEx, DPD or UPS.

Business deliveries (B2B)

Our provider from freight solutions to business customers therefore looks like this.

Business package, as with delivery between 8-16 at the address.
Pallet freight.

Pallet freight.

When your orders become too large or the product takes up too much space for regular parcel delivery, we will ship your order on pallets.
This typically applies to eg large format printers or orders with many rolls of paper. The choice of freight forwarder is not fixed.
